It’s still early in the season, so most of the berries aren’t ripe. You have to look very hard to find berries that are pick-able.

Blueberry Cobbler

The blueberries are mixed into a thick sauce with a hint of Grandma and Grandpa’s maple syrup, then baked with a light pastry batter. The resulting blueberry cobbler is fantastic.
