Snow fun in Lake Louise

One of our favorite things to do in the snow is tubing. And after a full day of lessons at Lake Louise Ski Area the kids were ready for some “down” time — down the tubing chute.

It was an easy decision to stay mountainside a little longer instead of racing back to the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise where we were staying. In fact the entire family was in agreement.

Iden, as usual, was first in line and ready to rip it up (see video above). But his sister, who had been talking about tubing all day during ski lessons, beat everyone to the top of the mountain. In the end, every member of the family took a turn on the course, and they loved it.

This isn’t our first snow tubing adventure. Here’s us in Heavenly Lake Tahoe, which has a longer and slightly scarier run.
