What’s here: The largest collection of circus artifacts in the world. It includes more than 210 original wagons and vehicles once used by American, English and Irish circuses and a collection of circus ads and posters.
Claim to fame: It’s the original home of the Ringling Bros. Circus.
Memorable moment: Trying on hats in a vast warehouse filled with circus costumes (see photo, above).
Overheard: Kid: “I’m afraid of clowns.” Clown: “That’s OK. I’m afraid of kids.”
Surprise: A circus in Wisconsin? Who knew!
